RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.
Our garments are all pre order and made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. Order with Items listed as Pre Order as prefix, Custom Orders, Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In case of any alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
However, in case of upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item kindly contact us at info@darleencouture.com or WhatsApp us at +917389664646 within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Darleen Kids Couture is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please note, we do not offer reverse pick-up and you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. We cannot offer exchanges or any funds on used products.
Orders once placed can not be cancelled.
HOW CAN I RETURN?
Please email us at info@darleencouture.com or WhatsApp us at +917389664646 within 24 hours from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to return . You will receive an acknowledgment from our team within 48 hours.
- You need to ship the products back to us within 7 days from the delivery date. The product should be delivered to us within 7 days from the date of delivery of product made.
- Please don’t forget to mention order number and the reason to return.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
- We do not offer reverse pick-up. You would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.
- Once we receive your order back to us, please allow 5 business days for our team to evaluate the issue and process it.
- Please be advise shipping cost is Non- Refundable
REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@darleencouture.com and send your item to: 1-B, Vikas Rekha Complex, Near Tower Chouraha, Khatiwala Tank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452014.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sim Threads LLP 1-B, Vikas Rekha Complex, Near Tower Chouraha, Khatiwala Tank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452014.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 999, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1) Each and every address is verified to avoid delayed delivery and return of shipment. Please ensure, you enter your exact address, pin-code, phone number and preferably a landmark. If the exact details are not provided, your order will be put on hold.
2) Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email and text message. The order is shipped via a third-party courier company to ensure speedy service.
